Eligibility

The offer is open to registered healthcare professionals who purchase a qualifying Keep Cover Aesthetics Insurance policy during the promotional period.
Participants must have or create an active Church Pharmacy account with website access to redeem the £50 discount code.
The offer is available to both new and existing Church Pharmacy customers who meet the above criteria.
Each eligible policy purchase qualifies for one £50 discount code only.

Discount Code Issuance & Redemption

Eligible customers will receive a £50 Church Pharmacy discount code once their Keep Cover Aesthetics Insurance policy has been successfully purchased and confirmed.
The £50 reward is issued as a discount code, not as a credit note or cash equivalent.
The discount code:
- - - Is valid for one-time use only;
    - Requires a minimum order value of £100 (excluding VAT and delivery charges);
    - Must be entered at checkout to apply the discount;
    - Cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders.
The discount code is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, credit, or any other alternatives.
Church Pharmacy is not responsible for any lost, expired, or unused discount codes.
If an order associated with a redeemed discount code is cancelled or refunded, Church Pharmacy reserves the right to void or reclaim the discount value.
